Cancellation Policy

A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking of the event.

In the event of any cancellation**, please see our refund policy below:

30 days or more: 100% of deposit refunded

14 days to 29 days: 75% of deposit refunded

7 days to 13 days: 50% of deposit refunded

2 days to 6 days: 25% of deposit refunded

1 day or less: 0% of deposit refunded

**Any cancellations due to compassionate reasons will be refunded completely.

Postponement Policy

A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking of the event.

In the event of any postponements, we will continue to hold the deposit unless it is cancelled.

If the date is postponed for more than twice***, the deposit will be forfeited.

***Any postponements made on compassionate grounds is not counted towards this.
