Reducing our environmental footprint

AV City is committing to reducing our tiny environmental footprint. Here are some steps that we have taken:

Fully-digital invoicing system

By going fully digital, we are able to use less paper, printer ink, and electricity. This means all our quotations and invoices are sent through email and we do not print any documents when we deliver the equipment. If you require a printed copy, kindly let us know in advance and we can have it sent over.

Rechargeable batteries

We have switched from disposable batteries to rechargeable ones. This means that each AA battery can run for over 500 times before we need to dispose it! If you do need to replace the batteries in your wireless microphone, remotes, or other equipment, kindly set aside the empty battery for us to recharge.

Earlier delivery of equipment

We may request for the earlier delivery of equipment as it allows us to use less fuel (due to less traveling across the island). This would be made at no additional charges for equipment rental.
